Our Graduate Programme is all about getting talented Graduates to learn from our expert engineers on exciting, high-profile projects from day one. It’s a vibrant and exciting opportunity to develop your technical skills amongst Aotearoa New Zealand’s best engineers. We have even created an in-house technical training programme just for our Graduates, called Holmes University, which you’ll attend fortnightly.

There’s plenty to get involved in across our offices at Holmes—we’ve got touch rugby, indoor netball, mountain biking, yoga, bootcamp, running groups, indoor soccer, tramping clubs, and more! We have graduate roles available in our Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland), Kirikiriroa (Hamilton), Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington), and Ōtautahi (Christchurch) offices. Summer Internship

Our Summer Internship programme is designed to give you the ‘real world’ experience of what it’s like to be an engineer working in a consultancy. You’ll never be sitting around twiddling your thumbs. You can expect to be attending site visits, client meetings, doing calc packages on exciting new builds or heritage strengthening, and much, much more!
