This building delivers world-leading excellence in clinical expertise, research and innovation, adjacent to Campbelltown Hospital. The research centre has a particular focus on mental illness, diabetes, healthcare of indigenous and culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

The four storey research facility provides collaboration, dedicated research, education and office facilities with the addition of a small laboratory. Holmes, as the fire safety engineers on the project, worked with the design team on a series of performance solutions to enable the building to perform practically whilst still meeting fire safety requirements including rationalising FRL’s within the laboratories and rationalised fire protection of link bridges.
