We’re drafting experts with thousands of great national and international projects under our belts. The high-performing Holmes team delivers a broad range of projects, including high-rise buildings, award-winning bridges, critical civil and transport infrastructure, and even Aotearoa’s largest water treatment facilities. You could be based in our Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, or Christchurch offices.

Every year, Holmes accepts talented graduate drafters from all over the country. Our graduates join our great Drafting Team, with the opportunity to develop their skills on the path toward becoming a fully-fledged Drafter. These aren’t the sort of graduate positions that mean you stand at a photocopier for weeks on end—you’ll get exposure to real projects, working under the tutelage of genuine experts. You’ll have the opportunity to explore some market-leading drafting technology in a fun and challenging environment that will test and stretch your skills.
