The Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre Team won Best Team at the Property Council South Island People in Property Awards 2024.
We had excellent feedback from the judges, saying “this team has set a benchmark in conservation through individual excellence and impressive teamwork”.
On the project team was Dave Pearson Architects, Heritage New Zealand, Holmes NZ, Leighs Construction, RCP, Rhodes and Associates, The Arts Centre Trust, and Warren and Mahoney.
We were praised for exceptional collaboration and a value-driven approach to a complex conservation project.
